I do have her in a bag with an open box of baking soda, because someone had suggested that to someone else. But with the water marks on her body, I'm going to try to wash her up good anyway.

She's a pretty one. I had no interest in Molly until I bought one from a local consignment shop last year. Now I am a big fan! Good luck on getting rid of the smoke smell.

Oh my gosh! she's beautiful! Makes me want to get DD's Molly out!

I bet she'll clean up really well. Are you going to Downy dunk her? I did that with all of DD's dolls, but they weren't bad at all, so I just let their hair air dry. When I was finished, their hair was actually more like it was when we first got them. Molly's hair is supposed to have some wave to it anyway. I saved all of DD's doll boxes, and all of her dolls are packed away in their boxes with their meet outfits on.

I swear...these dolls are soooo addicting! And my DD always claimed my Addy as hers, when she was little. It was so cute!

Glad to hear Molly arrived safely. She looks happy to have a new loving home. Molly is at the top of our Wish List. She is so cute and her stories are my favorite. Good luck with her bath. Keep the pictures and updates coming.

ETA: Were you able to get the Route 66 outfit from AG Place?

Yes, I was able to get the Route 66 outfit from AGPNY and it arrived today!!

It's really cute. They also included one of the little doll sized shopping bags with my order.

I think I want the accessories, so that I can send her camera with her so she can "take" pictures of her journey as well.
